I can’t really think of anything to add, at this juncture…
Amen to that. However, beware Zardari and Sharif - Musharraf was a dictator who destroyed Pakistan’s independent judiciary, but the current leaders of the main parliamentary parties are crooks who have stolen millions from their own people, a people who are in desperate need of public works projects, infrastructure, healthcare investment, and economic stewardship. It will take quite a while before positive change can occur in the country’s political system: the restoration of the judiciary would be a start, but it needs a new generation of leaders, like Imran Khan, to put the people’s interests first.
